If you are interested in working with us, here is a rough overview of how the process works.  After reading the various material, and talking to us about your plans, you should have a better understanding as to whether this business is the right fit for you.

Once you have decided open your own micro winery, we will soon be in touch with you. If it is the right fit, then we will discuss the agreement between ourselves to provide you with our services. 

Then you will need to proceed to investigate the licensing regulations for your area.

Once you have received confirmation that the regulations and laws do permit you to operate your Micro Winery in the area you have chosen, we will move forward with an agreement.

We will then sign an agreement between ourselves. We will then write a complete operation manual on how to run your Micro Winery. This will include an information on operation of the winery, opening inventory requirements, equipment requirements, a proforma first year operating budget with a cash flow report, advertising suggestions,  how to train and hire an employee, lease hold improvement suggestions, hours of operation, software programs suggestions for following production of wine and operation of your cash register, and more.

We also offer you the option to make wine for your opening at our winery and transfer it to your winery once you have received your bonded license. The charge for this will be explained to you, but needless to say, it is a significant savings over what it would cost you in lost business of not opening with wine on your shelves.

We will then coordinate the details of your opening with you. We will also be available to consult with you on your store layout and design. We are available to consult with you on any questions you may have throughout the process.

Once your store build out is complete and the initial inventory and equipment have been shipped, and we have completed the wine making for your opening, we will schedule a time convenient to provide all necessary training for you and your staff. This is conducted prior to your store opening, at our winery in Ohio. Usually, one of our distributors will be available for your grand opening.
